Compliance with the GDPR / CCPA / PIPEDA

Milanchase has taken all measures to ensure compliance with the GDPR / CCPA / PIPEDA, and therefore offers its services in a secure and clear legal framework. As part of this compliance, the work carried out by Projuris includes the following:

• The establishment of a register listing the data processing operations in order to identify the nature of the personal data processed, the objective pursued by the processing, the persons having access and the retention period, thus giving an overall view of the processing of data operated by Milanchase.
• The securing of personal data to reduce as much as possible the risks of violation of this data, and the implementation of a response protocol in the event of such violation;
• The appointment of a data protection officer (DPO), who is in charge of internally ensuring compliance with Milanchase's data protection policy.
